Poignant project unveiled in City Hall
Grange students saw their work unveiled in City Hall as part of a city wide project which highlights the plight of refugees.
On Tuesday 19th April 2016, a huge patchwork was unveiled at it's new permanent home City Hall, two years after its creation. The project was set up by Bradford-based charity Human Relief Foundation, Bradford City of Sanctuary and Sewing Bradford to highlight the plight of regugees by inviting schools to contribute by asking students to draw pictures of what comes to mind when they think of home.
Students from Grange took part in the project and were in attendance at the unveiling ceremony, accompanied by Community Development Manager, Nazmin Din. The Telegraph & Argus covered the story and the full article is available to read below.
